Unfortunately, there are no returns at our store.  We will proceed with issues by processing refunds or credits.  If you do not want to keep the product after being refunded or credited, we recommending donating it to someone who can make good use of it.

Please inspect your cargo before removing it from Canadian North's warehouse facility. If the products are damaged in any way please fill out a Letter of Claim before leaving the building with your merchandise.

Please contact us so we can provide details on a claim, or issue a refund promptly in the event we have made the error.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the claim is approved, then your refund will be processed by returning the funds to yohr original payment method, or by way of store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
