Boursin is Gournay cheese which is a soft, creamy cow’s milk cheese that’s similar in flavor and texture to cream cheese. It comes from Normandy, France. Boursin flavors are smooth, rich and very flavorful. The texture is a bit crumbly but also really easy to spread.The cranberry & pepper flavor, It’s a combination of a hint of a sweetness and a bit of spice.
