Pont l'Évêque AOP is a soft cow's milk cheese which, since the use of wooden molds in the 18th century, has had a square or rectangular shape with sharp edges and corners.Its whitish to reddish rind contains a soft, non-sticky paste, ivory to straw yellow in color.It is a cheese with subtle lactic, vegetal and sometimes slightly smoky or nutty aromas. 350g.
It has refined and sweet flavors of cream and stable.
