Knackwurst is a thick sausage that originated in northern Germany. Pillers' Knackwurst contains ground pork, beef, and garlic. Traditionally, the ingredients are put into a casing, aged for a few days, and smoked over oak wood. When cooked, knackwurst becomes very crisp, plump, and juicy. Gluten-free and MSG-free.
