San Pellegrino is a fine quality carbonated natural mineral water that flows from a natural spring in the foothills of the Italian Alps.
Flowing from the snow and the rain that infiltrate the mountains, the water takes at least 30 years to travel the thousand or so metres down through rock before finally arriving at the spring. Along the way, San Pellegrino water becomes naturally enriched with minerals.
The addition of carbon dioxide provides acidity and prolongs the water’s sensation of scent and taste, finishing with a slightly bitter note.
