Ingredients: Cod, Water, Toasted wheat crumbs, Canola oil, Wheat flour, Modified corn starch, Wheat starch, Salt, Modified palm oil, Sugars (dextrose, sugar, corn maltodextrin), Baking powder, Soy protein isolate, Potassium chloride, Defatted soy flour, Yeast extract, Sodium caseinate (milk), Natural flavour (annatto, turmeric, milk), Yellow corn flour, Guar gum, Spice extracts.

Preparation Instructions: Cook from frozen. Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the product on a baking sheet. Lined with parchment paper. Bake for 22-24 minutes, flipping the product halfway through cooking.
Air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 350°F (177°C).
Cook for 14-16 minutes, flipping the product halfway through cooking.
Cook to an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).
Although we have taken great care to remove all bones, some traces may remain.
