There are 3 subsidy levels for items shipped by air: high, medium and low.

Level 1 is a medium subsidized level. This means that the NNC program will cover the most of the cost to ship this item to you.

As this is a fresh meat product, it will be sent to you frozen in accordance with food safety guidelines.
